The other day I received an exciting letter from a thankful listener and new time giver. In the letter, she wrote how thankful she was for He’s Alive Radio for it has helped her in so many ways. She asked her husband if she could start supporting the ministry and he agreed. When she started giving, her husband had received an unexpected pay raise at work. They have decided to increase their giving. She quotes,”It pays to obey and give”
Sometimes we are so busy looking for God’s blessing for our future, that we forget to excercise some faith for today. I believe that God is always looking for ways everyday to bless His children. As a parent it is so rewarding to watch the expression on the face of your child when you suprise them with a gift. Expect surprises from the Father today because He wants you to enjoy His gifts for you right now! His gift to you might come in an unexpected way. He is the biggest giver of all.
James 1:17 – Every good and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning
